From main railway and bus station:
The Crossroad Hostel is situated only 2km from main railway and bus station. Follow Karadjordjeva Street (Карађорђева) up to the fortress (Kalemegdan), then uphill turn to the right. Take the first left, following the hill alongside the fortress. Take the third right into Uzun Mirkova street (Узун Миркова). Go straight on alongside the park and then turn left in the Kneginje Ljubice Street (Кнегиње Љубице). Go straight on, and on the third corner turn left. You are now in Gospodar Jevremova Street (Господар Јевремова). The Crossroad Hostel is on №41.
One of the ways is that you use public transport from main railway and bus station. You take tram №2, towards Kalemegdan fortress and get off at the 8th station, called Dorćol- Zmaj Jovina (Дорћол- Змај Јовина). Then you follow the Kneginje Ljubice street (Кнегиње Љубице) up the hill. On the third corner on the right you will see the Gospodar Jevremova street (Господар Јевремова). The Crossroad Hostel is on the №41.
The other and much easier way is to get taxi to The Crossroad Hostel, which we warmly recommend. The ten-minute ride will cost you approximately 3€. But be careful! Taxis are the easiest and most hassle-free way to get around in Belgrade – they are cheap and the drivers are usually not likely to rip you off. Always catch them on the street (or call them over the phone) and do not accept rides from cab-drivers waiting at the train station – those will rip you off.
From central city square (Republic Square):
From here you can easily find The Crossroad Hostel. Turn left in Vase Čarapića street (Васе Чарапића) through which the buses and trolls pass and then after National theatre third turn right in the Kneginje Ljubice Street (Кнегиње Љубице). Go straight on, and on the third corner turn left. You are now in Gospodar Jevremova Street (Господар Јевремова). The Crossroad Hostel is on №41.
From the airport “Nikola Tesla”:
From here there are two ways to get to The Crossroad Hostel. You can take the Jat Airways bus (goes every hour from 5AM until 9PM) which will take you to Slavija square (cost 2€) and then you can take any of the trolls going towards Republic Square (№ 19, 21, 22, 22L, 29) or simply get a taxi directly to the hostel.
The other way is to get a taxi at the airport. This twenty-minute ride will cost you approximately 12€.
