Directions
From main railway and bus station:
By foot: Follow Balkanska (Балканска) street uphill to the Terazije (Теразије) street , then turn left. After few minutes of walking you’ll reach the main pedestrian street - Knez Mihajlova (Кнез Михајлова). Enter it, and when you pass the Republic Square, which will appear on your right side, turn the first right in Zmaj Jovina (Змај Јовина) street, which changes its name to Kneginje Ljubice (Кнегиње Љубице). Go straight, and the fifth crossing street is Gospodar Jevremova (Господар Јевремова). Crossroad Hostel is located in the building on the corner, on the №41.
By public transport: Take tram №2 towards Kalemegdan fortress, and get off at the 8th station called Dorćol- Kneginje Ljubice (Дорћол- Кнегиње Љубице). Then you follow the Kneginje Ljubice street (Кнегиње Љубице) up the hill. The third crossing street is Gospodar Jevremova (Господар Јевремова). The Crossroad Hostel is on the №41.
By taxi: The ten-minute ride will cost you approximately 4€. But be careful! Taxis are the easiest and most hassle-free way to get around in Belgrade – they are cheap and the drivers are usually not likely to rip you off. Always catch them on the street (or call them over the phone) and do not accept rides from cab-drivers waiting at the train station – those will rip you off.
From central city square (Republic Square):
From here you can easily find The Crossroad Hostel. Turn left in Vase Čarapića (Васе Чарапића) street, through which the buses and trolls pass, and then turn right in the third street called Kneginje Ljubice (Кнегиње Љубице). Go straight down, and on the third corner you’ll find the Crossroad Hostel, in Gospodar Jevremova (Господар Јевремова) №41.
From the airport “Nikola Tesla”:
From here there are two ways to get to The Crossroad Hostel. You can take the Jat Airways bus (goes every hour from 5AM until 9PM) which will take you to the Slavija Square (cost 2€). Then you can take any of the trolls going towards Republic Square (№ 19, 21, 22, 22L, 29).
